Thank you for shopping with Twin Flame Designs! We’re happy to offer Local Pickup, Local Delivery, and Standard Shipping to make receiving your order as convenient as possible.

1. Store Pickup

  • Free pickup is available at our location: 3275 Boul. de la Côte-Vertu (in the parking lot, in front of Sports Experts)

  • Pickup hours: You'll receive an email with details.

  • Orders are typically ready within (2–4 business days)

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

2. Local Delivery

  • Available within 0 to 20km of our location.

  • Delivery fee: $9.50 CAD

  • Deliveries are made on Monday–Sunday between 12–3 PM

  • You'll receive a notification when your delivery is on the way.

3. Shipping

  • We ship to addresses in Canada

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within (1–3 business days)

  • Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

Tracking and Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Twin Flame Designs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if marked final sale)

  • Personalized/Custom products

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at twinxflame@outlook.com or on the Contact Page. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within (e.g., 5–10 business days).

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Contact your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll make it right.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at twinxflame@outlook.com.
