  • International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Custom Items: All sales of personalized items are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Non-Custom Items: May be returned within 3 days of delivery in unused condition. Please contact us at twinxflame@outlook.com for return instructions.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout process. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
